Facebook finally had its initial public offering today – and the results were not that much to ‘like’. The price dropped at first and closed just 23c above its initial price. Stiil, it is set to make Mark Zuckerberg a multi-billionaire; spawn a new generation of millionaires and make history as the third largest IPO in US history. A beaming Zuckerberg rang the Nasdaq ‘bell’ to start trading today at a special ceremony at the Menlo Park, Ca headquarters of the company. The 28-year-old was flanked by COO Sheryl Sandberg and other senior staffers as thousands of Facebook employees cheered him on.
